About Evergreen

Evergreen Realty Investors, Inc, a Washington corporation, d/b/a Evergreen Mitigation Company was formed in 2005. Evergreen was registered in the state of Ohio in 2008. Our company began as a venture to assist home owners in disposing of their property when they lacked the equity to sell through a real estate agent.

 

However, most of our clients had overcome financial hardship and could now afford their mortgage. That is the basic criteria to qualify for loss mitigation. To date, Evergreen has NEVER invested in real property and we don ’t intend to.
